Buyers DO NOT need to pay 100% of the bid at the end of the auction :
10% of the top bid for the deposit & 10% the top bid for the buyer's premium fee with in 2 business days. (20% End of the Auction )
The 90 % balance at closing, about 30 days later / clear deed guaranteed.
Real Estate Auction Agreements will be send via email / DocUSign .
Instructions for payment and pick up will be included
We accept credit cards, bank wires, cash, and bank-approved business checks
Payment in full(20%) of real estate deposit/ buyer's premium is due immediately after the auction.Balance at closing
